Fantastic service! I had a scare where my car battery suddenly died on me, and once getting jumped, rainery battery was the one shop I called around the area that could do it then and with affordable pricing. The guy there was nice and kind and was able to put me in a new battery fast and easy!

I cannot express enough gratitude for Chris and Rainey Battery. We needed to exchange a battery and he made the process so easy. He took the time to educate me and answer my questions. I noticed they have batteries for just about anything you could possibly need, so next time you’re in the market I recommend swinging by Rainey Battery.

Showed up with my F250 6.0 ( which takes 2 batteties ) called ahead to make sure they had them. I got there about 25 minutes later and before I could get the front door open....Chris was taking the battery out of my hands, grabbed the other new Ultra Start Gold and took it out to the truck. Now before I could even get the new battery hooked back up ( and it's as simple on this F250 as you can get ) he put the other new battery down right where I needed it, left a pair of battery lifting clamps there as well to pick up the old battery out of my truck and take inside. Now, I researched, researched and researched and researched and....you get the picture. If you want a great battery I can tell you EAST PENN MANUFACTURING ( a family owned business in the Ole U.S.A.) makes, in my opinion the absolute best battery there is. East Penn also makes Duracell. Same battery, made at the same plant but oh...the vast difference in price makes Ultra Start my #1 choice. Now....I sorta challenged Chris with all my " GOOGLE " wisdom and well.....Chris in a very nice way made me look as if I just graduated Kindergarten in battery knowledge and manufactures. It's such a blessing to go somewhere now a days and find someone who is selling a product that don't only just know thier product up and down but through extensive experience knows the other manufactures batteries just as well. If you need a new battery and don't go to Rainey Battery Asheville, I'm not saying you'll be sorry if you dont,, but I know you wont if you do.

Had the most AMAZING experience here! 100% recommend. Even tried to leave him a tip for the extra work he had to put it on my battery and he told me to keep it and go by myself lunch with it. Never has a battery place or car place treated me like I was a human until this experience:)

Fantastic service. The cold snap drained my battery in my Nissan Rouge. I called them and quickly got the information I needed to get a new battery. They were very welcoming and informative. They had me back on the road within the hour. Very affordable. Thank you both!!
