I generally feel like I’m getting bent over when I take my car for service. These people do good work and I can’t imagine they would take advantage of anyone. Nancy is the one you’ll deal with. She so efficient, professional, honest and nice. Can’t say enough about this place

Just go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this shop wasted my time and theirs. After detailing my service needs and scheduling an appointment for a week later they took my car in for service only to call me hours later and inform me that they would be declining service. Their reasoning was "Northern rust". This is especially difficult to understand since several of the repairs I needed didn't have anything to do with rust (airbag fault). Ultimately, the lady I spoke to at the front desk was polite and professional but if they are too busy to take on work they should have been upfront about that so that I could have scheduled repairs somewhere else a week ago.

Absolutely terrible! They are extremely rude. I will never go back or recommend anyone. I got bad gas from Hotspot & my car started running really rough so I went to this shop and as soon as I walked in the lady at the window rolled her eyes and was annoyed. The was no one waiting in the lobby or anything and they didn't seem real busy. It was 1:30 p.m. The old man acted like he didn't want to do anything and was so rude. I asked if I could get a diagnostic done and the lady rudely said "nope, we're booked all week" so a sweet guy from the bay came out with a code reader & looked at that lady like wtf is your problem? He was very helpful. I learned 2 lessons that day, never go to this shop and NEVER BUY GAS FROM HOTSPOT!!!

Really knows their cars, fair prices and they are very honest and take care of the customer. I have sent them many new customers over the years.

My wife's Audi Q7 threw a engine light and started making a grumble on acceleration. Audi dealer couldn't see us for a week and another local repair shop that won't touch Audis recommended Mike Byers. Called and receptionist was encouraging and asked us to swing by, they'd check the code, and let us know if they could do the work. My wife stopped by today and Mike did a quick diagnosis on the code, called and spoke with me found out I had changed the plugs 2 weeks ago and then figured out one of the electeonic injection connectors was not totally seated. Took care of it, cleared the code and also noted the need to ads some air to the tires. Did it all quickly for a fair price and my wife said when I screw it up again, we have now found our new mechanic. Thank you to your awesome team. We'll be back!!!
