Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Center - Wickliffe

I live on the far west side of Cleveland & I was in Wickliffe when the wheel fell of my van! AAA towed me to RadAir. And I am grateful they did! From the moment I got there I was treated with respect, informed of everything that needed to be done including the time frame for doing the work, shown the damage & then offered a ride to pick up a rental car. Chris & his team were in constant communication with me & had the repairs completed in less than 24 hours. THANK YOU!

I so appreciated Them fitting me in last minute over the Christmas holidays was visiting from Canada and they went above and beyond looking after me totally undercharged me for everything they did. Fantastic experience all around! The service manager, Chris is friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get me scheduled for an alignment last minute. The work is impeccable. Very professional and I definitely recommend checking this shop out for your repair needs.

I was originally referred by a friend to take my car in for service at RadAir. I trust my friend's judgement so I gave it a go!. It started off well, and for me thats the moat important part. Brian was very helpful over the phone to make my appointment to bring my vehicle in. I took it in the day we agreed upon. I did have to get a loaner, that was a plus as well. I didnt have to scramble around for transporation. I will be honest, make sure they have one available. I received my quote via text message on the day as discussed. It was very detailed, the part i love the most is the pictures of current way your vehicle is,along with description of what the diagnostic problem is. I didnt feel like they were trying to fix unnecessary problems. Chris called me and went over what was most important to fix, and i felt very comfortable with his suggestions. My car was ready when promised, pickup went smooth. My car is riding like a brand new car. My favorite part are my new tires! Chris and Brian are great, customer service is amazing! I will be back to finish my other services suggested!
