I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the service that RA Air Parma Provide to me on my car. Excellent service they come up with the problem and diagnose right away and fix it next day. No problem Tom take care of me and check me in and ask Mike to ride the car with me so I can really explain him what’s going on and fix it. I recommend, RA air Parma 100% satisfaction!

2nd time I took my car in & still very pleased with the work. Got my car in & done within a day. I believe the price is reasonable! I recommend rad air! I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Which is super important. My brother recommended rad air to me, used to be a mechanic.

Rob and the team at the Parma Heights Rad Air are AMAZING! They give you the real deal - even if it's to not fix the car and buy a used car for the same or less amount of money. Most recently, the battery died in said new, used car and after jumping it, took it straight there without an appointment. They were completely booked. Yet still found a way to replace the battery and check a couple of other things that I was planning on having them take a look at. They are a great value, very friendly, and I believe Rob has been there since he was a teenager - so you don't have to worry about a lot of turnover like many places. He even remembers my partner's now deceased parents who were long time customers. They really do everything with great skill at a great value and with a smile on their face.

If you're looking for a car repair business that is professional, reliable and reasonably priced then Rad Air Parma is the place to go. We have been using their services for many years now for both of our vehicles and have always been pleased. I love that Rob is fair, honest and explains in detail the work done. He even follows up to ensure the work completed was done to our satisfaction. I mean, who does this anymore, right?! We highly recommend this business!

Rad Air was recommended to me by someone at church and they did not disappoint. I was having brake issues and they were able to fix it within a day! Not only that, I was able to drop off my car, take a loaner, and come back later when it was finished. I was in contact with Rob the entire time and he kept me informed on what was happening. Best place to get service! I will definitely be going back to Rob for all my auto needs.

Decided to come in for an oil change as I had some problems at other places both in their quality of service and their quality of work. Rob was great, very professional and pointed out some issues that I can’t believe the dealership I had been going to had some how been missed after several visits -one of which was a point inspection. Now my truck runs better than when I first bought it. So quiet I can even tell it’s on. Unbelievable. Thanks Rob.
