Ask Teresa to take note of the condition of my car before loading it on the roll back since it had been sitting at the dealership unlocked for over a week and instead of being glad that I wanted to protect her company ( incase anything had been stolen at the dealership ) she gets mad and says she doesn't want to deal with it. Even the dealership was shocked at her behavior. Poor way to treat customers!!

Don’t let the reviews fool you. Good people, friendly. Just an old couple living the best life. No complaints, would use again. Quick too even with someone ahead of me.

I called for a tow and told it would take abt 3 hours. I received a call 4 hours later saying they wouldn’t be able to pick my car up. Worst experience with a towing company ever.
