I go in with my car perfectly fine just needing to change the spark plug because the time is due.but after they finish working on my car I drive my car out the shop not even 5 min check engine light, drive train malfunction and the car is shaking .i go back to the shop he scans the car saying I need a new fuel injector.i never had this problem for all the months I’ve been driving this car now all of suddenly I need a fuel injector once I leave this shop.i also before I went to the shop I went to the bmw of Manhattan got a full diagnostics it didn’t say anything about fuel injector just spark plug and regular maintenance like tires and brake pads Had oem spark plugs,I was informed about the code after i left the shop and came back .i came back because after seeing the check engine light,drive train malfunction display and car Shaking ridiculously made me go back then he scan the car and tell me about the code. don’t trust this shop they will mess up ya car to make extra money i once left the shop with them leaving my coolant open I ain’t even make a big deal about and he tried to make me pay for coolant when he left it open and let me drive off like that.

The worst place to take your car. They charge bmw prices and lie about how many hours they take to work on your car. I know this because I asked other mechanics how long it took to change a certain part on my car. The guy that owns the place said it was a 20 hour job meanwhile it’s actually 5 hours. They also left my car with no oil afterwards. Take my advice and do not go to this place.

There is no substitute for Experienced Technicians. The price is right, the work is done right (The first time), and the Quality of service cannot be beat. I own both a new BMW and a Classic. The dealer can’t compete with R&P’s Expertise. Piry can listen to your car and know right away where the problem is. Don’t listen to the cheapskates. If you want your car done right go see Piry at R&P.

First, I am not a paid endorser. I am an actual customer. I found R&P on the Internet to service my BMW 2015 428. The air compressor needed to be replaced. The service I received from R&P was sterling. Don't be fooled by the small shop and tucked-in location. R&P is a family business and is run very well. The owner is the head mechanic and the wife and daughter manage the office. The daughter is exceptionally exemplary. I have Endurance Extended Warranty. The daughter was familiar with the claim process and was very thorough with ordering the parts, working out the claim, and being very responsive and explanatory.. The repairs were expeditiously done in 2 days. I will check back in after a couple of weeks to review how the repairs have held up. I highly recommend R&P and that at the very least, you put it on your list of getting estimates.

Peter the owner is a great person. He is always looking out for the best interest of the customers. I have had numerous jobs done on my car by him and his staff and always leave feeing good. The price is not that high and the service is great. I have had a Tranny done there, Battery replaced, Brakes all around and a lot of other things. Hes better than going to the dealer
