City World Toyota Service Center

I got my oil change and filter, just in matter of days i notice my car was likings oil they ruined the service, then i needed to get this done before my RAV 4 HYBRID 2022 its motor get destroy, tomorrow September 2 they don't open. I had to bring my car to another place because this is an emergency. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FILTER. EXPENSIVE AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THINGS

I just came back from doing the state inspection. All went well. My only issue is when I picked up my vehicle. An employee with a cap and a goatee came to the pick up area with a car. He was originally at the drop off when my father gave the car to him. This is my very first time there, so I said that wasn’t my car. The guy gives me some attitude saying words like “I know this isn’t your car. I know everyone’s car but yours.” Once I tell him my car he says he’s been looking for the car for 10 minutes, like it was OUR ISSUE. Yet my father and I easily spotted my car as we were walking to the pick up area before waiting a good 10 minutes for it. I do not need to have some guy give me attitude. Rude and unprofessional, which is a common problem I see based on the older reviews.

Can't give it less than two stars because I'm a returning customer however, my appointment was booked for 7am. By 10am I asked the service rep for an update regarding the arrival time of the company contracted by toyota to service my rim repair and he mentioned about another 15 minutes... By 11am I asked for another update and he told me to hang tight and that they're arrival time was at any minute... then the phone rings... he answers on speaker only to overhear them telling my service rep that there affiliate was arriving at 3pm! Why would you lie to my face. I would appreciate it a whole helluva lot more if you said you was uncertain. Asked for my car back and took off. Unacceptable

I tried my 2021 RAV4 to 2023 Toyota Bz4x but I regret because the car is not good. The car takes so long to charge and the battery not good. And the warranty to expensive last time I have both button size flat in the car take 30 hours to fix it and does not help people because we losing money washing time so you guys need to change this

Terrible service! Waited a whole day just to be told they wouldn't be able to change my tire because they didn't have it. Made me come back early next day just to make me wait the whole day again. When finally put the tire on that i was called to get my car, the guy drove my car with the tire almost empty. Almost on the rim. Had to tell him to fill it up. Later on had to come back because another tire had some issues so i had to keep filling it up every 2 days. Insurance approved the tire and they had it but they said they couldn't put it on that the because there was something ''special'' about my tire' and that i had to wait to be called when it arrived (is a Rav 4. there is nothing special about a RAv 4 tire). i was going to get called when tire arrived. its been more than 3 weeks and no call. Call them, no answer. when finally answered, i was told i couldn't take the car the same week but the next because they are bussy all day doing service so there was no space to help me out. Besides the horrible service it self, wasn't I supposed to be prioritized? ive been waiting for 3 weeks!

Their macanic are no good i will never go there i had toyota rav4 and i went to them they just make me poor every time when i go there they told me you have to change this and that i just become crazy....toyota should change their macanic for this store and management all are corapted

Ordered the roof rack when I purchased the car. They told me it's ready ready after 1 month for pick up. First time I went to pick i only got one cross-bar. So they had to re-order the whole thing again. Second time, I picked it up the cross-bars from the box are used and dirty and missing a washer. By far the worst professional service received from a service center. If possible skip this service center. They don't value their customer and it shows. I am not getting shi* for free. I paid for this and you guys are giving me defective parts.
