**Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center Review: 1 out of 5 Stars** I recently took my 2012 Honda Civic to Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center for an oil change, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During the oil change, they had to remove my engine splash shield, which is understandable. However, they did not reinstall it correctly, resulting in my entire splash shield being ruined and scratched up. When I initially returned to address the issue, a male employee assured me that they would replace the splash shield and asked me to come back for the replacement. However, upon my return, a different employee attended to me and claimed that the technician had properly installed the shield. This was clearly not the case, as a properly installed splash shield would not have caused these problems. The lack of accountability and refusal to address the damage they caused to my vehicle was unacceptable. Due to their poor service and unwillingness to resolve the issue, I will not be returning to this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.
