This is a weird one, usually I see sales mess up and service with better show of customer loyalty; here it was opposite. The sales team really worked hard on the deal and service manager just didn鈥檛 have the capacity to show any care for the Hawk customer addition. I have now sold/traded my car as I didn鈥檛 want to deal with that grade of service.
