The workers in the service area are good at what they do. I love the vids that the mechanics make while my car is getting serviced. The waiting area will always have Property Brothers on the TV. Can't tell if it's a plus or a minus, but you'll watch it regardless.

I always got all my service from this dealership. Then i moved out of the area. I went to another oil change place and they told me that they could not remove the skid plate because 1 of the bolts could not be removed. Well Toyota of St Charles has done all of my service so they should have told me if there was a problem and they did not so it’s their fault for the problem. Disappointing

I brought my car in for service on Saturday after setting up an appointment online. My service advisor was Jesus Camacho, who took the time to note everything I said about my concern. Even though I dropped off a little late he kept his promise about calling me as soon as the diagnostic was done. Not many service departments honor their phone call time frames anymore but he did. I highly recommend him as an advisor and appreciate him taking the time to help me on a busy Saturday.

I always go to the dealership service center for getting my car serviced because so many mechanics have tried to scam me into all sorts of things in the past. Toyota has always been a great second opinion and truthful. My last visit to the St. Charles Toyota, however, proved to be the opposite. They told me that I had "unrepairable" nail holes in two tires, showed me a video, and said I should spend over $200 in new tires right then and there. While the video of the nail holes was fairly convincing, I previously got my tires from Discount tire, so I went there for a second opinion. Low and behold, the nails had not even punctured my tires. Discount tire pulled them out and did a leak check for no cost whatsoever. I am so frustrated that Toyota either lied to me or didn't even try to actually check the tires. ALWAYS, get a second opinion!! Lucky for them, the oil changing is always good so they get 2 stars instead of 1.

I don't know the quality of the service yet. But they are a very friendly and helpful bunch. Also patient. They don't hurry you through things. They take their time. Hence, the service seems slow. I'd rather wait and see the job done on my car before I say more For now I say Great team
