Taking a cursory look through here, the high star reviews speak in generalities while the low ones tend to mention specific issues. Think very carefully about which carry more weight because I strongly advise all of you to do your research before giving this shop your business. Here was my experience this morning. I made an appointment last week for two very minor things on my Nissan, swapping out the fog lamps (you have to take the bumper off entirely for this and its much easier to get at with a hydraulic lift) and putting in a new cabin filter. In retrospect, I should've just done the work myself, but the AC started smelling musty recently and I wanted to confirm that the old filter was the only source. I took it into the shop because this was at most a 20-30 minute job and shouldn't have been too expensive ($10 for the filter, $20 for two bulbs, plus labor). Here are two separate forms of price gouging that cropped up when it came time to pay the bill: 1) When I made the appointment I gave them my make and model so they could have the bulbs ready to install when I arrived. What they actually do is wait for you to come in, then order the parts. I was in the waiting room the whole time and saw this unfold, so the "labor" component of the bill was mostly just waiting around for something that should've been done in advance. While we were waiting on the courier, the receptionist and the mechanic had time for a lengthy conversation on chicken farming with another customer. That was on my dime. This is how an easy 20 minute job turned into roughly 90 minutes in the garage. 2) There was one mechanic working on my car and he had two simple tasks. I won't argue their hourly labor charge, but doubling it up because there were supposedly two separate jobs is absolutely ridiculous. They rounded 90 minutes in the garage up to 1.9 hours and then charged twice for it. Do people just say nothing about this and eat grossly inflated bills? I called the receptionist out on both of these issues and her response was a big shrug and a comment along the lines of "this is how we work here." I told her that if she wanted to stick with this customer service approach I'd never be back, which prompted the mechanic to tell her to knock a little off the bill. The big takeaway here is that you should consider yourself warned about taking your vehicle in for work at a place that doesn't really seem to care about retaining customers.

After my car sat for a whole year with only very minimal driving, I knew it needed to be serviced before putting it back on the road . I called the folks at Quality Plus and ask if they would check it for me,. They got me an appointment very quickly. The necessary items were looked at and checked. With each repair or replacement that it needed they were courteous and called before the work was done. There were no surprises when I went to pick up my car. Which was done when they said it would be. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Quality Plus. Their prices are fair and the work is excellent. The ladies that man the desk out front are very courteous and friendly. No complaints on any front from me. I will certainly be calling with any future problems with my car.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. These people are extremely rude and costed my mother hundreds of dollars and the vehicle still runs like CRAP. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The owner is a loose cannon and cusses his paying customers and takes money without fixing the vehicle. There is NO QUALITY in the “business”.

Do not go here!!!! Brought my wife's vehicle in for Honda suggested maintenance based on mileage. Timing belt and tensioner, alternator because of flickering battery light and an oil change. Paid $1475 and my wife called when she pulled out of their lot saying the car was making a horrendous noise. Took it back and they said it needed a new pulley assembly ($280) that they had taken off and put back on once already. Mechanic said that he had never given the car gas so he didn't hear it. Nothing wrong when we brought it in, but $1475 later and the car is now broken. Part was actually $150 so they tried to up-charge after returning a broken car to us. Person at the desk is extremely rude! Owner Billy screams at his customers and is absolutely unhinged. Beyond a horrible place to take your vehicle.

Stay away! I had $1,500 worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. Immediately after leaving their shop, my car was making a loud screeching sound. The car was brought back within one mile. They did admit that a road test was never preformed before I picked it up. I could see the owner's immediate agitation that I brought the car back. I quickly left, leaving the car, and asked my husband to speak with them. They reluctantly agreed to change the part making noise. It's important to state; they had removed and put this part back to do my maintenance work. Within a half hour, their story quickly changed. We were told they had no interest in ever working on our car. Told us to immediately pick it up, that it was running, and at the street. After relaying my experience with this facility to friends, neighbors, and coworkers, I could not believe how many people were shocked that I went there. Folks felt bad, they weren't able to warn me about Quality Plus. Apparently their extremely unprofessional and angry behavior towards customers is common knowledge.
