After getting four new tires, an oil change, rear brakes + rotors done, and my check engine light resolved, Protech Autocare took care of me. They used a online portal for service estimates, and diagnostics of my vehicle making communication clear on what needed to be done. They don't pressure you into making decisions but rather give you options and advise what's best for the longevity of your vehicle. My check engine light was simple fix which they could have taken advantage of me but they did not and instead they explained it was a simple reset of the computer's timing and swiftly fixed the problem. Pro Autocare's staff was friendly and personable when I came in to drop off and pick up my car making it a desirable experience.

They got my car in right away and the level of communication was amazing. I always knew what was going on and they took the time to explain what was needed and why. They fixed everything quickly and as promised with no surprises. The pricing is fair and everyone I dealt with is extremely professional. I will definitely use them for my other vehicles.
