Special shout out to body shop manager Joy. Actually took the time to call me back and discuss the scenario. I special ordered an allocation car And didn't think I would ever see it. The delivery driver snagged it on the trailer and damaged the front end. Joy and the shop did everything they could to get the car back as soon as possible and it looked great. Couple minor issues but honestly I think that was from the flatbed driver that brought it back out to Mount Orab Ford. Bill and Steve at MTO Ford also did a great job given this situation. Big thank you to all involved.

Had an overall good experience here. Sent my truck in to have some damage repaired. I got it back in amazing condition. Looked brand new. No issues there. There was a point where they called me told me it would actually be a week to 10 days longer than they had quoted me because "one of the guys forgot to order a part for it." I was pretty dumbfounded they actually said that. Whatever, no big deal they did a great job, just thought it was odd. Being connected to the dealership makes this a very attractive option if you have a Ford that needs repaired. Definitely consider these guys!
