The lived up to the reputation of why people don't like dealerships. A simple used car inspection and was quoted their mechanic's hourly rate to complete. Charged me the rate while the car sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting to be taken back (30 minutes after my appointment time). Also topped off their invoice with a $40 "miscellaneous" charge and $11 for materials. They literally weren't supposed to fix anything, so what's up with padding your invoice 30%? I'd hate to see their charges when they actually fix something.

I have bought over $600,000 worth of vehicles from Ford new not including my used vehicles or that leased a fiesta for two years. However, when things have gone wrong with my vehicles, I have never been taken care of by the Ford company, even though my vehicles have been under under warranty when I made the complaint about the issue with my car. The fact that they service text diagnosed it wrong and we even went back into the office three times to ask more sense questions because we didn’t think they were right however, taking it back too much two months later when my warranty was only 400 miles over the limit Ford Would only pay a third of the cost! I was very disappointed but needed my vehicle back after a month of dealing with it being broke while continued to paid the payment of $1150 without having the use of my vehicle. Most likely this will be my last vehicle that I will purchase not only because I am dissatisfied with these experiences but mainly because I am 80 years old and instead of making me feel appreciated for the support I’ve given throughout the years. All I feel is old and unimportant to Ford! Especially Beechmont Ford!

I had a really good experience here. I normally do all of my own maintenance, but I was happy with the service and speed here so I will be back. Mad appointment a week in advance, they had no wait when I got there, everything was smooth and on time, oil change and tire rotation in under 30 minutes, no pressure from service tech, perfect.

Horrible service! Past three times I've taken my vehicle for service they have failed to complete the task in a timely manner. My vehicle came back in worse condition one time (my brother had this problem once too). No one is willing to step up, lead, and take responsibility - always the line of "I'll have your service advisor reach out to you." This has never happened. In short, the service is so poor that I have not only become disgusted by this dealership, but the Ford brand as a whole.
