I do my yearly auto inspections there. Quick and easy. Also bought a set of off-road tires for my wrangler. They had a great selection if you didn't mind ordering them.

I stopped in yesterday to see if I could get my tire fixed. Tammy took my keys and in ten minutes she was back, tire fixed. I greatly appreciate her quick and outstanding customer service—I'll certainly return with my business. Thank you so much, Tammy!

I had the opportunity to visit Professional Tire and Break 3 times this year for my vehicles inspections. Always greeted with a friendly smile by Tammie, who provided me with excellent timely service while also taking care of a number of regular local customers, who clearly trust this shop with their vehicles. When one of the mechanics walked into the waiting room, it was like everyone knew each other and were friends. There's something to be said when the reputation and success of an automobile shop, mechanic and tire and wheel service that people trust, such as Professional Tire, becomes part of the fiber of a community. I just came in to get my vehicles inspected and yet, I felt like the most valued customer there. Now I know where to go to have my vehicles serviced as well.

BEWARE!!! Pro's at THEFT and EXTORTION!!! Took my truck in to have the wheel bearing replaced. They did not return my vehicle for 4 days , even though it was only quoted as taking 3 hours max. When I went to pick it up they told me that they replaced the CV axle even though we never discussed this. They charged me extra of course. I asked how this happened, and why they didn't call about doing extra work and replacing parts that we never discussed. The employee got nasty and couldn't explain how this happened. The mechanic came from the back and I got tag teamed and told me they would just "rip" all the parts off and that would take another 4 hours. I paid the exorbitant price for un-authorized work. Approximately a week later I hear a terrible noise from where they did the work and almost couldn't stop at a stop sign. Upon further inspection I realized I was missing a bolt from my caliper and that they did not put a new CV axle on they just charged me for non existent parts. If you have used them before have you ever noticed how after they work on you vehicle you need to take it back in a week or so later to fix another problem they created!!! BEWARE!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The attached pictures shows the yellow front strut I replaced approximately 4 months before they worked on my vehicle and the "New" CV Axle is the dirty dry rotted rubber with the specks of blue paint. That was the "New" Part they replaced. This sort of theft needs to stop and they should not be allowed to STEAL from people for a living!!
