Went there yesterday because my brother in law said to let my mom know her back breaks needed to be done. And said he had the breaks already because my mom had the front one's done already and just needed to pay for labor. For my mom has passed and I have the car now..and then he lied about having the brakes let alone claiming he never worked on the car. And I had spoken to him the day before and said why didn't you repair the breaks at the same time. He then said the back breaks didn't needed at the time..so I said it should've been done at the same time. Why are you trying to get over on charging me to put something you should've done before. And he did a tune on her car when she still was alive only to not put her engine cover back on the engine. I know it was there before she took it in because I would always fill her fluids in for her. And lied about that because her car was missing firing so I had to replace the spark plugs and coils and there was no freaking oil in the damn car the mechanic said. Soni called BBB on that ship after lying to me on our conversation.

Got my back breaks done in August, in November I had gotten a service on my truck at the dealership for them to tell me I needed new breaks! I said well how long do breaks last because I just got new ones! Wow. I went back here where I got them done and paid Labor fews only. Not even a month later I hear squeaking noise. I didn't even want to bother going back here after the dealership told me whoever did my back breaks pushed the sensor needle so far into my breaks it was scraping my rotors so I would have to go back in and right away for them to try and fix it cuz I wouldn't known.

I have trusted this place with with multiple cars and have referred friends and family to this place. They are incredibly honest and have very fair prices. I’ve taken cars to get looked at by Firestone and discount tire center and they quoted me something like 3800 dollars to replace multiple suspension components and it turned out I didn’t need ANY of that work. My tires weren’t even balanced right from discount tire center, thus the extra vibration. I have been taking cars here for nearly a decade and I will continue to make a long drive here because I simply do not trust anyone else to touch my car. If you are not local to this area, drop your car off, and rest assured your car is in good hands and you will probably end up saving hundreds or thousands of dollars. Period.

My wife found Pro Tech about five years ago and we've been taking our vehicles here every since. They do excellent work and have very reasonable prices. I recommend Javier and the mechanics to anyone I know who needs repairs on their car.

Good auto repair shop. Staff has gone above and beyond to get work done in a timely manner and communicates as much as needed so you understand what needs to be done or has been done. Just wish they were in a better location as this area has gone a bit downhill with unsavory people. But that's not a reflection on the staff. Everyone that works there is great.
