Thieves smashed both passenger windows breaking into our truck. Called Felipe’s, he took all my info, got me in same day and replaced both windows. Super nice, very knowledgeable, affordable and professional.

Website says shop is open but all the doors are close when I arrive at the shop. The person that answered the phone said he was at the dealership and asked me to come back in 3 hrs. I called again before driving back to the shop and was asked to come back again in an 1 1/2...WHAT!? SORRY!! NO WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS!! I would have appreciated more if was honest to say he's not able to do it . There are other shops in the area better service!!

WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS BUSINESS! IM GLAD I CHOOSE THIS PLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS.....HE LEFT A CAR SHOW TO HELP ME!!! I had a rock chip about the size of a dime and took it here to get filled/repaired. The guy was up front and honest and said there is no guarantee that it will get repaired fully and there is even a chance that it can get worse as glass can be unpredictable at times. I took the risk anyway. Well, he worked on the car for about 15min and called me over and said it was all done. He told me that he did not like the way it appeared so he did not charge me. I wanted to pay him but he insisted on not taking my money. I looked at the rock chip and it was not perfect but it was definitely much better than it was and more importantly, won’t spread. I thanked him for his honestly and the way that he has pride in the work that he does. This business is honest and isn’t just out to get your money. Highly recommended!
