Friendly people very knowledgeable. Very nice clean shop. Got the work done fairly quick. Wasn't used to the price but it is what it is. My truck is very good. The work seems to be done really nice

100/10 customer service, came in to get an oil change and they were able to also change out my brakes for me. Everyone here always greets you with a smile and I appreciate that they let you know what is going on every step of the way. It can be nerve racking to go to a mechanic as a woman because often times they will upsell you or make you feel dumb. That never happens here, they are very patient in explaining this and always keep their prices fair.

Service was okay, could not find why my vehicle squeaks, when stopped. Did not know, original owners Kevin and Amber moved out of state. They will truly be missed. Will not return, in the near future...

I’ve been with brake masters for years, I love the service, honesty and quality work. They never tried to sell more to get a buck but were honest if your vehicle needed some other kind of service and they are highly recommended with in the community by other businesses. So I was very nervous when I found out new owners took over, not to be skeptical but when you spend year’s developing a relationship it can be hard to redevelop that trust. I will say the new owners still provided great service at a good price and no extra you need this or that. As someone who really likes to develop relationships with businesses who take care of my vehicles I appreciate that and you will continue to have my business, thank you!

I had got a quote for (4) brakes and (4) rotors for $450 cash out the door. Untold my wife to take my car in a some completely different guy told her they were 450 per fronts or backs and 900+ total. By seeing some of these comments I can see they are crooks and take advantage of people, especially women who they don't think know about cars. This is the 3rd examples I've heard, but first personal encounter. I was referenced by americas tires for tire alignment, and even then my steering wheel is crooked. Never going to use them again and I'd advise all to recommend a different place.

Had a great experience here for my VW TDI manual. All rotors and pads replaced and everything feels great. Thanks all around but especially Eric for helping me out after the job was done and I still had weird sounds after driving for a few days. I would recommend this place after my experience.

I used them last year for brakes and rotors. The guys were great. I used them again a few weeks ago, to do my front brakes and rotors. I received a phone call and apparently it's new management. They tried to up charge me on air filters, cabin filters, calibers, brake line flush and a bunch of other service stuff, which I go through Ford for. I didn't know they were full service shop. I told them yes on the calibers and no to everything else. I took my car in for Ford Service on Friday. Ford went to check my air intake filter and it was missing. I called the shop and spoke to someone, not sure who. He offered to install one, however, I already paid for Ford to put one in. I ASKED to speak with the Owner, and the employee became upset and hung up. I still have not received a call back. Owner called me and texted. When I texted him back, he has now ghosted me. Stay away from them. I just dropped $1200 to fix what they messed up.
