I had a car towered into prentice Auto Service so there was a issue. The timing chain slipped or broke on my terrain and yes he fixed it. 3 weeks or so ago but now it leaks oil. I called and he said bring it in and we'll fix it. I took it back in because when you pay 3,500 to get your car fixed it should be done right the first time! They looked at it for 5 minutes or so and called me back to the car in the shop and we both looked but to tell me I can't fix what I can't see....I explained the puddles it now leaves everywhere I go but before this my car never leaked or burnt a drop of oil.....so now I have to still get it fixed. I'll never go back and if you don't want this to happen to you stay away!

Excellent shop! We picked up a screw in a tire while on a road trip and they were able to fix it right away so we could get back on the road. While waiting in the lobby I couldn’t help but overhear one of the techs talking to the front desk person about some repairs they were doing for a frequent customer and they were talking about how to do it so they could charge them the least as they were a valued customer. Seems like a good and honest shop that won’t take advantage of people or do unnecessary repairs to make an extra buck.

Dusty and his team go above and beyond, working me into their schedule while I'm at school, and are extremely reasonable in price. Never had a bad experience with them. Ever.
