Precision Alignment

Well, they were nice, and did an oil change. They charged me 60 dollars to "put air in my tires and take off my tire valve caps" they didn't even put air in the tires lol. 130 for an alignment, even though said they couldn't do an alignment on the back wheels. It's not a terrible place, but I would recommend my friends avoid it.

After visiting two other local stores and calling another one, it was quite refreshing to finally get the honest and straightforward service that I received at Precision Alignment & Brake. The staff came across as very professional and knowledgable. It was also easy to tell their high level of experience. They had no issues realigning my 2019 BMW X6 which I was told by another shop was "going to be a bit tricky". The job was completed in just 2 hours which was incredible. Pricing was just under what I was expecting after doing my research on BMW owner forums. I normally don't leave reviews, but in this case I felt motivated to give credit to a business that definitely deserves it.

I guess the positive is the shop completed the work. The negative is the whole experience. Contact was made regarding the installation of an air lift option on a ram 1500 series truck. Parts were ordered through them and was contacted and scheduled to have them installed. Original appointment was made for the morning of July 17th. Get to the garage and they inform me their compressor is not operational. Was reschedule for the next day. Truck is dropped off at approximately 0930 and am informed should take 3-4 hrs to install. Call the shop 3 times at approximately 4pm with no answer. Arrive at the shop my truck is still on the lift and the job isn't done. I inquire what the status is and am informed the parts I order through them were apprerently missing hardware. Am Informed by Matt this takes place often and that they need to keep my truck over night. Am informed at approximately 10am my truck is ready to finally picked up. This shop doesn't value its customers clearly a 4 hr project turns into 3 days. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

We purchased tires from a guy that works at a tire shop. Went in to get a alignment and the tires mounted. Come find out, the tires were bad. Gentlemen helping us got us a deal on tires that were there, otherwise, we would have been up the creek without a paddle. Clean and comfortable for us to relax and wait. Preset awesome rims to boot ❤ We appreciate it. Happy holidays

I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of service I received on my vehicle last week after visiting a dealership and receiving terrible news accompanied with an astronomical quote. Precision Alignment provided me with a second opinion, much better quote, and EXCELLENT customer service! Kudos to them!

I recently had my car repaired at this shop under the new ownership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The new owner was professional, honest, and made the whole process super easy. They did excellent work on my car, charged a very fair price, and got the job done much faster than I expected. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and really care about their customers. I highly recommend giving them a try—you’ll be glad you did!

Unfortunately I had to give at least one star.. so here's my situation with this place.. the beginning of Feb my husband wanted to get a lift kit for his jeep. We went to precision and spoke with the owner about the kit and installation of said kit. A few days later my husband went in to order his lift kit. The owner Bob was there. He told my husband if he used his cc he would be charged an additional 3%. ( I get as a lot of places do that now ) so my husband went and got 1500.00 out in cash to pay for his lift kit. Bob told him it should be in within the week.. since it was the beginning of the week when it was ordered. we figured by friday or the next monday. 2 weeks go by.. no call to let us know our parts came in.. so I stopped in to find out what was going on. Bob said the parts went to a warehouse in Cleveland. So I asked him to have them ship to Erie so we could have the parts. He agreed and said it would be a few days. At this point I heard speculation that the business was being sold. So I questioned Bob about this. He admitted that his health was getting bad and the business was sold but was going to remain there just new owners. ( at no point up till then did we know they were selling. Had we known we probably wouldn't have ordered the parts. He should have told us that to begin with ) Another 2 weeks pass still no call still no parts. I stopped in again. I am upset it doesn't take 2 weeks to get parts from Cleveland to Erie. I go in and I asked him where our parts were. He said oh they must have been shipped back to Cleveland as it needs to come in the new owners name.. what!? 😡 now I'm ticked off. I tell him to cancel the order and that I want our money back now! He tells me to take my cc out and he will put it back on there.. then he realizes we paid cash! Well here come excuses.. I don't have the money here.. ( mind you this is Mon and they were to close by Thursday ) no cash, no check no nothing ... he sends me out. Thursday rolls around, now I'm just tired, annoyed and wanting my money back.. the door is locked so I can't get in.. the bay door was open so I went over there and asked where Bob was.. the guy said he had no idea... I said his truck is here! So the guy texted Bob.. told him I was there.. he wouldn't come out to talk with me. I told the guy I want my money, the parts, or I will will be taking legal action on Bob. He let Bob know.. Bob was supposed to call me... again nothing! Friday comes.. the day they were supposed to close.. I go there again! Bobs truck is there.. door locked ... bay doors closed... so I called... Bob answered the phone.. I told him who I was.. he remembered me.. I asked him what was going on .. as he never called me again... he said his wife gave everything to the lawyer the day before and I should be getting a check.... now closing day is tue .. I get off the phone with him.. Monday rolls around... doors locked, bay doors down, his truck is there.. and now he's refusing to answer the phone.. Tue same deal.. here we are at the end of March when we paid him 1500.00 at the beginning of Feb... still nothing .. we do have his lawyers phone number and email.. such a shady bunch there.. we got screwed .... hopefully we get our money back.. I have proof of what we paid and when.. even with new ownership I can honestly say I will NEVER go back to this place.. and I recommend anyone else to stay far away from..
