DO NOT ORDER PARTS ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE. I emailed prior to ordering to check stock and was told 2-4 days shipping time. 2 weeks later, still no order nor tracking nor response to emails for status updates. Finally called in, and was told they have no idea what's going on with my order, but it would probably be cancelled and I could re-place my order. Why? Well first it was 2 different pieces of hardware that that were advertised and sold on this scam of a website as individually priced with no minimum order amount... BUT that was false advertising, according to the genius on the phone. Then it was due to incorrect/superseded part numbers being ordered... how is that possible? THE PARTS NUMBERS ORDERED ARE THE PART NUMBERS ON YOUR WEBSITE. THE SAME PART NUMBERS I EMAILED TO CHECK STOCK ON, PRIOR TO ORDERING ONLINE. As if the customer service and intelligence level couldn't get any worse.... it did. Asked for how to cancel the order and when I would receive confirmation of it being cancelled? "I don't know but i'm cancelling it right now and me telling you that is confirmation" Oh.. ok well I need some kind of proof, because I've basically been lied to and have had no communication/response from Byers Porsche in 2 weeks, so I at least need a name and number for somebody that I can follow up with in a couple days in the event this cancellation also doesn't get handled correctly. Byers Porsche response? "No". What a pathetically ran business, and an absolute embarrassment to the Porsche brand. If you need parts for your Porsche, do yourself a favor and just order them from Suncoast Parts or FCP Euro and save yourself the headache from dealing with this place.

Problem: Ordered Two cables P/N 955 631 239 11 For 2006 Cayenne Turbo Headlight cables. I received the cables and they were in correctly marked packages with correct Part numbers. However, one cable is missing 2 wires and pins in the connectors. Headlamps gave errors on side lamps and fog lamps. The Cable with the correct number of wires and pins ( like my old harness ) works just fine. Parts dept. would not send a corrected part. After some irritating discussion they agreed to, if I send part back ( My Dime) and buy another. They would wait until Porsche refunded them then the would refund me. This review is for you to decide if that's really good customer practice.
