I bought a tire from here recently trying to support local businesses in my neighborhood and I got burned again. The tire went flat within 2 hours of getting it so the replaced it with an even worse tire. They only guarantee their tires for 7 days and that's ridiculous. I now drive out to Mentor Ohio to get my tires. It's just sad how they're robbing the very ppl that try to support their business. Never will I recommend this place to anyone.

Went with my girl to get 4 tires, they ended up having only 2, used tires were 35, New 80, after getting the tires, the Arab dude told me they charge 5 dollars each to keep the tires, I said how about me selling my rubber to you, he ended up keeping the tires, but I felt hustled and on top of that, a friend told me Moe's down the street on 108th used tires are just 20 bucks....smh Long story short, no Moor or so-called AFRICAN AMERICAN should never go to Poorman Richman Tires as long as the so-called ARABS are running it.

I came in to purchase one tire manager came up himself, greeted me kindly jacked up my car himself and passed it along to the other employees very fast on looking he told me that I had a bad stut and hub bearing and explained to me that is the reason why my tires keep going bad he ended up fixing my strut hub bearing and gave me a tire offer 150 very cheap they ordered the parts for me and got me out of there. Thank you guys very much I will shop again

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Poorman Richman for a routine oil change — nothing complicated. After the service, the mechanic couldn’t even reset my oil light, telling me I’d have to figure it out myself. I thought little of it at the time. Two days later, my engine completely locked up on the road. When I checked my dipstick, there was zero oil in the engine. None. The oil had completely drained out — either due to improper installation or negligence. I called the shop immediately, and not only did they refuse to take any accountability, but they were rude, disrespectful, and attempted to claim they warned me of a leak — which they absolutely did not. I have the receipt and proof of payment, and there is no documentation of any leak or warning provided to me whatsoever. What I experienced was a clear case of negligence, and now I’m stuck with a destroyed engine and towing fees — all from trusting the wrong shop with a basic service. I would strongly caution anyone from bringing their vehicle here. If this is how they handle a simple oil change, I’d hate to imagine how they treat more serious repairs.
