I was recently on my way to Minnesota from New London, WI with my daughter for a softball tournament. She was scheduled to play that evening when we got a flat tire on our way out of Stevens Point. We were able to get the spare on and called the Rothschild Pomps right away hoping they could get us a new tire on the fly. They took us in right away and not only that, we got 4 new tires out on in 30 min!!! They really helped us in such a short amount of time, we were absolutely grateful for their help. Everyone was so nice and professional!! We also were able to make the tournament on time!!! Thank you so much!!!

Brought in 4 new rims and tires to mount/balance. After I put them on they shook the crap out of my car. Had another shop check one tire and he said it was off by a factor of 10 (tire needed only 0.25 weight and they put on 2.5) When I brought them back in they said they'd rebalance them but had the nerve to ask me why I didn't just have the other place balance them all for me: i should have just asked for my money back and do just that. They didn't admit they messed up, even after they fixed the problem and realized how bad they were. They get one extra star because they got it right in the end.
