If I could give it 0 I would. I've never in my life been talked to so badly. We took our Jeep in because we was told the noise we was hearing was from the rear differential, which is dangerous to drive, we had arranged for them to rebuild it, they said it was not that just a bad wheel bearing, we already knew there was one going bad but it was not the source of the issue. Anyways they change the bearing and said it was done and sounded find. I pick it up and it clearly is still having the same problem. I go back just to get someone to ride with me and hear what I'm hearing and the person I spoke to even though I spoke with respect was vulgar and just absolute rude to me in fount of my 4 year old daughter. I'm a female, I came in there just for help with my vehicle and was treated like a was trash. A paying customer requesting further assistance on the matter that the vehicle was originally brought to them for. I told the man if we can call him that because the way he spoke to a woman in fount of a child was definitely not that of a real man, I told him as I walked out that I will pray for him and Lord knows I have. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever

Never recommending this place to ANYBODY. Went in there for a differential issue that was making my vehicle loud. Its something that my actual mechanic told us. This place said they would fix it. They said they did and said it wasnt the differential it was just an wheelbearing which was only just starting to make a noise. They fixed the wrong thing, and then when we took it nack they said they wasnt gonna fix it, yelled at my wife infront of a 3year old daughter and threatened to call the police if we didnt leave. We got robbed. Do not go to this place. Take anything you need done to hermitage, or anywhere else.

Awful customer service!! Jim has ruined a well- known business. He was very rude. Unfortunately, we looked over the terrible reviews that this shop has and learned the hard way. Take it to the transmission shop in Hermitage if you need a repair. It puts this shop to shame.

Dropped my car off a few days ago and then got quoted a higher price.Tgus company is a scam they sabotaged our car I would not recommend them to anyone ever stay clear from plotts transmission!!!!

I have a 2018 Ford 250 pickup with 75,000 mile. Took it in for a transmission maintenance . I wanted fluid and filter changed. Charged $550. Drove it 300 miles and the transmission locked up. Called the shop and talked to the owner. He said the transmission is wore out and said it would be $4500 to fix. I said no way.You did something to it.The owner then starting to yeal,swear and hung up on me.I took my truck to a Ford dealership. The Dealership said it had the wrong filter and no transmission fluid. The transmission locked up. The dealership said they could fix it correctly for $2500. And they explained to me to take plott transmission to court for the damages. Currently that where I am.Got myself a lawyer and sueing for damages.i don't recommend this shop.The owner is a con-man and thief. Found out this isn't the original owner. He's using the name to scam customers.

I took my truck into plots they did not record my name no number . I call and asked about my truck and they said mechanic was checking it out did not know what he was looking for because they had no record of what was wrong with it. I told the mechanic that I’m not sure if they did the work or what because it’s been awhile since it’s had any problems. So I call today two weeks later to ask about my truck. The mechanic gets on the phone bro yell at me about I lied about them doing the work on itb. I tried to explain to him as he yelling and screaming that I told him I was not sure if they did it or not. And all this over a leaking Line that I needed fixed . I would think twice before taking a vehicle to them. Something’s going on there seems because no one Carrie’s on that way if it’s not a dying prod something.

Very disappointed in the way that they have "fixed" my vehicle. Took it in 6 months ago and have had it back 4 times because it either broke down or is not running right . I strongly recommend not giving them any business.
