I had a great experience. I brought my truck in for a bumper that was damaged. They were able to take it in the next day. My truck was repaired by the end of the day. Their service was professional and quick. Also they are wide variety of vehicles services too. I also had the exterior detailed, also done the same day. I highly recommend Billy and his team.

The owner and his crew are Beyond amazing! I had them put new tires and rims on my vehicle and yesterday happened to notice my tire had a screw. Went Right over there and it took them less than 20 minutes, with a garage full of cars they were already working on, and fixed my tire! Highly recommend, stay tuned I'll share pics of my vehicle and the progress I've been able to make just by another customer recommending me to them! PS they do wraps too! I already see the color I want!

So far my experience has been superb! I'm a very difficult man to please lol. This is the first time I'm ever tried to fix up a truck and there service has been excellent. I got a 2 inch leveling kit put on today with new rims and tires. And I honestly didn't know what I was getting my self into lol. The owner was a huge help. When the new rims and tires were put on I really didn't like the way they looked on my truck. He ordered me new rims and im going back Monday to get them changed out. Im VERY grateful for this dudes patients with me and him guiding me through my indecisiveness. I highly recommend Platinum Tires & Wheeles. Ill update new pics on Monday so you can see difference between the two. And thanks again! Up Date!!! Once again these guys outshined all the rest with there excellent costumer service, knowledge and efficiency. I came in and got a balance and rotation and a tire censor replaced and all my problems were resolved with in an hour. Wile I was there I noticed that they have just opened up a car detail shop and so I went in and snapped a few pics to show you guys. I was impressed to say the least. They used all top shelf auto cleaning products and they hand washed and detailed every vehicle with care. This is a new venture for Platinum so I recommend taking any vehicle your proud of to these guys to get shined up.

I've been here several times and trust the work that they do. Fair priced and very cautious with high-end cars. They do tires, rims, suspension along with window tinting and wraps or ceramic coating. Don't hesitate to give them a try.
