Incredible performance from the technicians very friendly team! The best I’ve seen they make sure vehicle inspection full synthetic service they do a lot more for the price you get more money service for your bucks use group on they save you a lot of money make sure to purchase the right location and service package a day ahead. Definitely recommend it!

I recently visited Valvoline for an oil change and my experience was disappointing. The manager, Jesus, was unprofessional and seemed unsure of how to properly address or resolve issues that came up during the service. Instead of providing helpful solutions, it felt like he was more focused on avoiding responsibility, which left me frustrated and unsatisfied with the overall experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this place, as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a business in this industry. Hopefully, this feedback can help them improve in the future.

Did a conventional oil change for my old accord last Friday. With a $25 coupon, only $37 total. Took them about 15-20 minutes. Really good price and service. I’ll return!

The staff was very knowledgeable and let me know that I had a bent oil pan and that my front differential and power steering were leaking. I always have a great experience when I go to the Blackstone Valvoline. Great employees.

My go to spot for an oil change. The service is quick and efficient. I’ve come here so many times, today felt like the right time to write a review. For some reason I went to jiffy lube down the street (before my visit today). As I pulled into their lot; 5 minutes or so passed by no employee greeted me or signaled for me to line my car up. A quick reverse & out their lot. As soon as I pulled up to Valvoline, immediately greeted, positive atmosphere, good service as always. The last time I went I changed my air filters, today they showed me they’re still good. Never felt forced to buy something. The 2 employees that stood out most to me for their impressive customer service were Miguel & Jason. Easy work with their help. Thank you once again 🙏🏼 and see you guys on my next visit!

Fast and friendly service didn't have to get out of my car I have been here twice now and I will definitely be coming back! I did feel like I had my own pit crew! You all are awesome!

Every time I go here I am there no longer than 30 minutes. Always helpful and clear with what they are doing. They never try to push services on you that you don't need or want. This is the only place in town where I get my oil changed.

Very professional kind and courteous. They do take military discounts, and they are kind to the public. So if you're in a rush just be patient, these guys are here and very professional, absolutely love this place i've never had a problem .
