Francisco Tello explained all the details and helped me understand the work that needed to be done. He was very courteous and explained many details. His customer service helped me feel confident in the work of the company.

Caliber Collision is hands down one of the best places for auto repairs, and my experiences with them have been nothing short of excellent. I’ve used this company 3 times now and each time they are great! Customer service and communication is top notch and my vehicle always looks like new again. I highly recommend their company. I have used 3 locations now and all have been wonderful.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Francisco, my estimator, was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the process of my repair. The repair turned out great and like new. Turnaround time was extremely quick. I received my truck back in 2 weeks. I also highly appreciated the extremely detailed final bill documenting exactly what was done to my vehicle as well as where all the replacement parts were sourced from.

When I arrived, my insurance had said they set me an appointment with Caliber but it didn’t go through. The sweet lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Stacy) was so kind to work me in along with Francisco at such short notice to them. Both the customer service and service to my car was fantastic. I felt Francisco went above and beyond to ensure the quality of repairs to my car, and kept me consistently updated on what was happening and clear on what to expect. It was even ready a few days before scheduled. I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience and recommend to everyone. Thanks again, Francisco! You are much appreciated!
