I am so happy to have I brought my car to Planet Nissan Service Dept. very clean Dealership Everyone was so nice. A big "shout out" to the Service Mgr Mike Fotie he was GREAT! He was concerned about my car issue, he said not to worry they will take good care of me, and he did. Mike was friendly, efficient, knowledgeble. Mike greeted me as soon as I got to the dealership and I had a rental waiting for me so I can go to work. My Advisor was Alexander L. He was also very nice and assisted me with my car. The young lady in the Rental Dept was also very sweet. My car runs great ! I will refer Planet Nissan to all my family & friends. Planet Nissan is the Best !! I will be back!

I'd like to start off by saying that from the moment you walk in to the service department at Planet Nissan, until you leave, everyone is always very friendly, professional, efficient, and they make my time there pleasant while I wait for my vehicle to finish getting serviced. A huge shout-out to Ken the service advisor for always going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Because of Ken's professionalism is the reason why I will continue to take my car to Planet Nissan. It is not everyday that you meet an honest, good person who is transparent and is actually there to help and cares. Thank you Ken and all staff at Planet Nissan service department for your help... You never disappoint.

I took in my car for inspection, the person who take care of my car was very promo to tell me my 2016 Sentra needed a new transmission, how ever he did not know that I had recently had it rebuilt. He then proceeded to tell me the belts and bearings go bad in the cvt transmissions I then told him they were just replaced. He then proceeded to tell me that who ever rebuilt the transmission didn’t do a good job. I will never buy another Nissan or take my cars to Nissan service locations as I believe they only care about money. If you haven’t heard about the infamous cvt transmission I highly advise you to research them. Mind you I own a Nissan titan as well but after this experience I can promise you I will never own another Nissan. I did purchase my Nissan Sentra from centennial Nissan and that’s the same place I took it in for diagnostics. They tried to sell me a new transmission quickly but I declined since the price of the vehicle versus the investment didn’t seem reasonable. There’s a recall on the transmissions so heads up. Over all very disappointed

Planet Nissan is where I bought and service my vehicle (Titan). As my vehicle approaches 200k miles, it is still running well. I have a few maintenance issues I need to address, but my service advisor Alex has been great at helping me prioritize the issues and I’m able to take care of them in a timely and affordable manner. No vehicle with this many miles is free of maintenance issues and having my service done here has helped to minimize the severity. Something recent that has been helpful is their documentation of repair issues with photos to help explain the need to address. If I had to find a fault, it’s the enthusiasm of the sales people trying to get me to trade in my old vehicle, while my original intent when I purchased my Titan was for the long haul.
