I had my oil change at Pit Stop as usual, got home and next day saw some oil on the floor under my car, started the car and the oil light begin flashing, i immediately call Tony and he assured me dont worry they will take of the problem free of charge ,he came to my house took the car to his shop fix the problem and brought the car back to my house. This is what grate customer service look like, thank you Tony i would always be a customer at you shop you guys are the BEST

We have been coming to this location for years and the ownership has changed. Manager was nasty because he wanted to close before time. His pride wouldn’t let him serve us once we talked about complaining to the owner. We we’re going to change oil places, but the owner got in touch with us, apologized and made it right. We came back and enjoyed excellent service and will continue a relationship with this particular business. I think the employee grew from this experience.

Donn, Dalton, and Tony were absolutely OUTSTANDING! This kind of customer service is not often experienced by women at car shops so we really appreciated their kindness, honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. Highly recommend for a quick and thorough oil change!! Thank you so much!
