Belle Tire

I think the tires here are priced fine (but honestly don't know) but the main reason I am writing this review is because the staff are great and they stand by the products they sell. I got a set of tires from them and a year later one was punctured with a leak. They were prepared to repair or replace *completely free of charge* up to 2 years after the purchase. Excellent service.

Terrible customer service and experience. Dropped off car with a nail in tire and the rep said it would take 2 days or I could wait a week and drop it off then. Once the car was in the hands of the shop, the estimated completion time was 10am. 10am came and went with NO call. Followed up, said if wouldn’t be ready for hours. I had to continue calling, no one called me. Finally, after 4 calls and 8+ extra hours of wrong commitments, my car was ready (for a quick patch). I will never give this location my business again. Terrible, I can’t believe this location of Belle Tire stays afloat with how they treat people. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Writing this review specific to service, even more specifically Malik. Extremely professional and made it feel more like a local shop than a typical ‘big box’ chain. Earned loyalty from me as I feel like this type of service has been lost over the years. Even before helping me, while waiting to speak to him, he addressed a phone call in a very professional manner with someone who seemed to ask almost the same question and “not quite get it”. I often ask myself, if myself, “would I send my parents here and how would they treat them?” - the answer… I would send them in a heartbeat (assuming everyone is like Malik).

Took my car for an alignment repair on 6-10-2024, the repair was not done properly! , so I took it back again on Monday 6-12-2024 and I was treated very bad by employee named Patrick, he had an attitude problem, rude and disrespectful! , I don’t understand how a big company like bell tire hire unprofessional manger like Patrick to take care of the customer! I am a loyal bell tire customer for over 17 years to be treated like that is unacceptable, I will never ever go back to west Bloomfield location

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a service center My partner went in when they open to see about getting something fixed with my alignment The guy was rude to her then and told her that if she made an appointment it would be better so we called and made an appointment and had a screenshot of the confirmation when I got there for my appointment time after leaving work the guy told me I had no appointment then when I showed him my screenshot he said I don't know what to tell you and then when I seemed frustrated he laughed at me! And offered nothing to assist no apology nothing so I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop in the area who helped me out and was great never ever go here
