I loved this place when it was Rouse Tire and I had my reservations after Pete's took it over. But the new manager Steve is fantastic and knows his stuff, and if you are looking for a familiar face, Glenn is still there!!

I changed my review to the worst I can give. Poor employees and worse trainers. I had 4 tires changed over from Winter to Summer. 3 were mounted backward. 2 missing valve stem covers, 2 loose lug nuts on the same wheel and one of them was completely missing. I also had a damaged brake line at the left rear wheel which I believe was caused when the "worker" was removing the wheel. The fluid feed tube to the caliper was bent by a soft blow, tire or rubber mallet, and the seal was damaged. That cost me over $100 to have repaired. The same kid was over torquing the lug nuts WITH a torque wrench. The trainer seems to need a bit of training. Not only was the work shoddy but absolutely dangerous. If you are foolish enough to go there, double check everything that they touched.
