I had a nail in my tire and they were able to take me in same day, while also adding on an oil change at the last minute. Fair prices and the front staff as well as the mechanic were both sweet & efficient. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO TO PETE'S UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! Would not recommend AT ALL.... Truck repair- I bought and provided parts for transmission fluid change... They changed transmission fluid and oil change. Same day of receiving call of completion, transmission fluid leaked out everywhere as soon as we pulled into the driveway. Was not able to drive it back to the shop, they had to come tow it back to the shop to fix their mess-up. Upon returning to the shop, you could also see where it leaked transmission fluid in the area in which it was parked. Now my transmission isn't working properly. Then oil leaked a week or so later and they then charged us more saying it was a different problem. I should get a transmission repair at their cost but we know that's not going to happen because they won't take accountability for their mess up that caused a further issue. Sedan repair- had an engine issue. Took it to them they stated I needed a new engine and it was going to be nearly $10k, they failed to mention it was a recall but yet offered to buy my vehicle for $1k (assuming they could buy it cheap and then do the recall themselves and resale it more). I, myself, did the research and discovered the recall and the Kia dealership replaced it with a new engine free of charge and a free rental car for 30 days. Then a later repair on the same vehicle, I took it in for strut issues, they did a partial repair, charged me nearly $1400 for 2 and come to find out they didn't replace them with the full assembly kit, just compressed my old coil springs onto a new rod (which had they done it the correct way the labor and materials would've been cheaper for them and me). When I approached them about why they didn't do the full strut replacement they claimed they did then later acknowledged they didn't because they couldn't get the part. I called AutoZone right there while in the lobby and the part was available and would arrive in 2 days. Once they realized I was right they ordered the full assembly kit and "to my current knowledge" changed them out fully. I asked for a refund of the price difference, they said no because they would've marked the full assembly price up to nearly the price of the partial and they also said they had to cover cost of labor for doing the job twice. Of course they should eat that labor cost because they failed to do the job the right way the first time. They constantly try to up sale or say additional issues are wrong when they're not just to get paid more.

Latest upgrades on my 2014 Wrangler Metal Cloak coil springs, bump stops and shocks. Gavin did some tuning / programming running better that when we bought it 10 years ago. Ride is amazing with RocJocs and Metal Cloak up grades. Much more confident in rock gardens with Metal Cloak skid plates.

We now have a $$,$$$. Lawn ornament! Was told truck needed a complete engine & transmission replacement. Actually needed a computer chip. They had it for over 9 months before the 1st return trip to fix problems. A year and a half later it still doesn't run properly + now has additional issues. A word of advice DON'T do business with this company! 3/16/2025 UPDATE: It's s now been 3 YEARS!! THEY STILL HAVE MY TRUCK!! They've returned it 3 times saying it's fixed, only for it to be returned via tow truck to them. On the second return the wheel well covers are missing.
