More knowledgeable that the autozone down the street. I went to autozone for extraction sockets. The guy at autozone had no idea where those were. Lead me on to belive he had some for sale in the back but comes out w store sockets... i cant take those home so useless and wasted my time. I love orielly they look up stuff that i want to buy and see how many items of "that stock" instead of leading me on and wasting my time like the autozone guy.

Not entirely sure why, but we had a very difficult time in getting them to replace a defective item which failed during the warranty period. Their company assumed liability to replace it, yet multiple employees denied their responsibility. I kept referring back to my well-documented paperwork, yet I kept having to convince them that O'Reillys was obligated to replace it. To his credit, the store manager finally made a phone call to verify approval, and did make the replacement. I just don't think that a customer should have to struggle so hard to get them to "step up". They acted as if they thought I was taking advantage of them.

I ordered a new fuel pump via the O’Reilly Auto Parts website at a reasonable price and within a week I was able to install it with little trouble. Hint: Make sure you have the wire harness to the fuel pump wired properly and test it so you don’t have to drop the tank twice. Fortunately that process is not that bad on this rv. As far as I know this is the original fuel pump and it lasted 22 years. I replaced it because it was whining but still functioning. The website was convenient but if I need something quick and in a hurry there’s a local OReilly Auto Parts Store near me too.

Im from minnesota visiting a friend. I come down yearly and try to help him upkeep his vehicle. Ive used this oreileys for the past 4 years and always have pretty good service and the staff is always as helpful as possible. Outreaching for a part asap, i decided to give NAPA a try. Not only did NAPA drop the ball but the staff was terrible, rude and condecending. Ill never use anyone but oreileys again. Edit: dropping off the rental tools was a terrible experience. Spike was as rude as an employee could be. Gave me greif for having a tool while someone else inquired about it. Then gave me more of a hard time about having paid cash and not credit. I blew it off and said thank you, have a nice day. Spike did not reply. I dont know what i did to tick him off but geeez dude...lighten up.

The customer service here has completely spoiled me for any other auto parts provider in Pahrump . Not only was I greeted immediately upon entering the store, offered assistance with my auto part needs, but I was treated as if my commerce were a valued and desired goal! Alright, that seems a bit snarky and sarcastic, but the reality is that I have attempted to bring business (however infrequent or minor) to ALL the local businesses that provide auto parts to the community. And every single one of them has left me cold at best, and frustrated or flat FUMING because of the apathy shown by "Customer Service" staff, at worst. In fact, until I was so pleasantly surprised at O'Reilly's, I had resigned myself to the idea of this seemingly incompetent and disinterested "service" being the best a Pahrumpian could expect. George, however, has shown me that something I once took for granted is still possible, and customers ARE still valuable enough to be treated with competent, kind, genuine (at the very least, APPARENTLY genuine!) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos as well, to Manuel, who kindly gave my rambling by phone the consideration of his time. If these qualities still matter to you, do yourself a favor and visit O'Reilly's Pahrump location.
