I called to see if they did frame work, we need the frame straightened out on our sons truck. I was told "We won't do just the frame work, we have to do ALL of the repairs." This was literally the only thing we needed done, that we were paying someone to do. The rest of the repairs we are doing. This was not an insurance claim repair, this was an out of Mom and Dads pocket repair. So we called to around to find someone else to do the job. I really have no idea if they could have even done the repairs, but the lady that answered the phone made it sound like it was all or nothing for them.

Repaired my rear end damage from a collision. I had to take my vehicle back bc the trunk would not latch after they completed the repairs. They apparently fixed it. Some time later I eventually noticed a huge leak from my trunk leaking into my back seat and floor when it rained. I took my vehicle back for them to fix the issue. The issue was not fixed. It continued to leak. I took it back AGAIN and when it was ready for pick up they attempted to return my car to me with the interior covered in a dusty residue. Everything was covered. My dashboard, steering console, seats. Everything. I could easily draw my name in the residue with my finger. They told me I could just clean it out and vacuum it. I was so mad bc I did not drop my vehicle off looking like that. It looked like they sanded a vehicle down while my doors were open. I finally got them to agree to getting it cleaned out. When I picked my vehicle up again The trunk appeared to be fixed finally but unfortunately when it rained heavily again I noticed it was not fixed. This was an issue that I couldn't tell if it was fixed completely until it rained. The trunk either does not fit properly or is not lined up correctly. I have had an ongoing leak in my trunk which has ruined my window tint due to condensation building up in my vehicle. My car had no issues prior to the rear end accident. I now just have to deal with having a leak in my trunk bc it was not properly fixed even tho the insurance paid for the repairs and labor. Highly unsatisfied with the work and experience.

While traveling, the motor and regulator for the passenger window quit working and needed replaced. We called Personal Touch Collision Center and they got us into the shop the same morning, without an appointment. They assessed the problem, did a temporary fix, ordered the replacement parts, and set up an appointment, for a day later, to get the new parts put in. The job was done quickly and expertly and we were on our way again. The owners are personable and friendly. I would come to their shop again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services!
