Instead of apologizing, he scolded me, saying, “I can’t stand you arguing with my employee like that.” When an employee’s error causes harm to a customer, the shop should apologize and offer compensation. However, the manager’s attitude was defensive and unprofessional. As a result of this mishandled oil change, oil contaminated components under the hood, requiring me to visit a cleaning company. Additionally, oil stains damaged my garage and parking lot floors, which I must now clean. Despite these issues, the manager never apologized. He reimbursed me for the cleaning cost but refused to refund the oil change fee. I would absolutely not recommend visiting this place for an oil change.
