Fantastic and fast work! My car had issues with starting and I thought it could be my battery, starter, or alternator. Their Charging System Evaluation sorted it out and confirmed I had a bum battery. The rep at the counter, Frisk, was super helpful and friendly, giving me an estimate on a set of new tires since the technician saw mine were wearing thin (I didn't even know!)

I had a dead battery and no idea where to get it replaced. After googling, decided on Pep Boys on Alpine. No one was in the reception area when I arrived, so was a bit apprehensive, but was quickly put at ease. The staff was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, dedicated, hardworking and clearly enjoyed their jobs, coworkers and customers, creating a very positive atmosphere. My new battery was installed in less than 30 minutes, well under the estimated time. I highly recommend this place!

What a fantastic experience!! Pepboys in Comstock Park treated me and my car so kindly. They solved a vehicular mystery that had been plaguing our home for 2+years, and for under what we thought it would cost.
