The Haus in Dana Point is an exceptional auto repair shop due to its friendly, professional atmosphere. Their expertise extends across a wide spectrum of car-related issues, encompassing everything from complex repairs to routine maintenance tasks. Despite being housed in a vintage building from 1954 when I started high school, their facility is impeccably maintained and equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic technology. While their vehicle drop-off policy may initially seem inconvenient, it can be effectively managed by utilizing ride-sharing services such as Uber, particularly for pickup. . . . . I was pleased to discover that the cost of a brake fluid exchange for my BMW 530i was notably reasonable, falling far below the prevailing market average. Conveniently situated for those living in the coastal area adjacent to the DP Nursery.

Emergency repairs on vacation, these VW technicians nailed it. My VW is 1984 East German cargo van similar to vanagon. The owner & Ray went to using every resource to help. Two new rotors & bearings to include 5 new tires spare rim & lots of hard work. Record time of 6 days to fix & get parts. Very thankful to find quality work. Business has been added to my favorites.

Courtesy and Convenience always. We had a family situation and PH accommodated our repairs 100%. They even navigated for us the installation of 4 new tires, all w/in a 3.5 hour time frame. We were on our 4000 mile roadtrip by 1:00 p.m.
