Been going to Raj for about 2 years now I have a older car almost 20 years old everything between ac and heater issues to new tires spark plugs and ignition coils Raj has came through diagnosing the issues and fixing the problems in a timely manner with reasonable prices and I have been very grateful to be able to use the Snap finance so I don't have to borrow or drive the car with issues and make it worse.. long story short great mechanic good prices 👍

Spent almost $500 and had a brand new tire fail and deflate 24 hours after installation, only drove on it 20 miles. No puncture or anything in the tire, it just failed and deflated less than 24 hours after they installed it, still the owner wouldn’t replace the tire and was going to charge full price for a new one. Once he knew he was getting a poor review he attempted to salvage the situation by offering 50% off, but I couldn’t justify doing anymore business with him. I’ve just loved to town and thought I had found a new auto shop but clearly this business has no integrity. Another tire shop informed me that this type of situation would be covered under any of their standard warranties free of charge up to 30k miles, never mind 20 miles. What kind of business blames the customer for a tire that deflated after 20 miles of driving and no punctures. Clearly there was an issue with the tire when they installed it, probably a faulty valve stem, but the owner doesn’t care to do the right thing for their customers. Take your business anywhere but performance Auto.

I needed an oil change within an hour. Not only did he put all other tasks on hold, but he even went the extra mile and cleaned my windshield and did undercarriage inspection. Told me of future problem with my driver side axle. I would highly recommend. Very honest and professional service.

Visited this place in June 2017 to have my ac system evacuated. I was given a quote to the a/c repair and also added to the quote was a quote to have the water pump changed because they said it was bad and best to get them both done at the same time. I declined the work. Well it’s been almost 8 years several trip up and down the grapevine car has still had no issues. I’m sure if the water pump was really bad it would have over heated by now. But I’m just a woman there’s no way I know anything about cars. This is why I don’t trust shops. I’ve always had bad experiences.
