1-11-25 of my visit to kings canyon location. Victor A gave excellent customer service as he was very welcoming and talked me through everything. But it did take quite long as I waited about 3 hrs for tire installation/alignment with appointment setup. which isn’t a deal breaker here. Where this visit fell short is when I got back home I inspected the vehicle and they installed 1 of the tires inside out….and I’m stuck like this until Monday. The mistake is against manufacturer’s design as there’s an inside and outside sidewall for a reason. Very amateur mistake which makes me question their work. Not sure how my Lexus made it out the bay like this! 1-13-25 I came back in at 9 in the morning called off work since they made this mistake. I was expecting them to apologize for the inconvenience and provide me fast service as I shouldn’t even be back again but instead no apology or anything of the sort just acted like it was another vehicle and told me it would be a long wait! Just wow I could’ve made an appointment but I was expecting them to value a customer’s time and fix this quick because maybe that would make up for the inconvenience and gain a customers trust back. But instead they took until 1pm to get it done. Clearly they didn’t care to be quick since they aren’t making any money off their mistake. What a sorry customer experience. And at pickup again no mention of an apology for the wait or mistake. The positive is at least they fixed the issue but i definitely don’t care to come back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here as they clearly don’t value your business.

Now let’s start off by saying , greet your customers that are coming through your doors and providing your establishment with income. I get it, I am the only one. Second greet me with a smile , I get it I was the first, but most of all provide me with courtesy and show me you are happy with your employment and have a customer. I am sorry you work on a Saturday and some of your customers don’t. So please , don’t give me your “ I hate my job, or don’t want to be here today, I’m having a bad day, I don’t like working on Saturday face!” Be glad, provide me with the customer service we are showed on , you know them commercials. Now to explain more in depth , I arrived at this Les Schwab (Kings Canyon) ,literally just before 8am. Shop doors closed understandable you’re not open. Boom, 8 am clocks in and I walk in, 1 customer prior beat me in LOL, he’s being assisted by the only employee I can see immediately, I think his name in Vince, a great guy good employee! As I stand there and view the surroundings I see a lady sitting behind the desk and computer literally just engulfed in the work she’s is doing, so I wait few minutes. Not bad, BUT as this lady walks up , now I will describe her, glasses, hair in a pony tail , possibly office manager personnel something, truly DID not want to work or looked just bothered to be at work, I dunno that was my impression, maybe that’s her real life demeanor ( unfortunate) for company. Very dry, monotone and barely any eye contact or let alone customer service skills. Just my opinion, as I explained to her the reason for my visit, she immediately asked if I had an appointment and if I would drop off or wait , I unfortunately said no, I was a walk in and would wait to have my tires rotated.. Now let me say, if you require appointments or feel you need to make appointment for your company’s offered complimentary tire rotation with the purchase of your tires, then let that be told upfront or after the purchase of tires. Now I have visited Les Schwab at other locations in the past and have NEVER been told or given the impression I was a nuisance than this location! The lady working needs to be put in the back, away from customers , her face , body language and lack of any customer service assistance is noted. I will definitely say Vince the other gentlemen working the front counter is a great at what he does. She should take notes and shadow him, to learn her role and job duties. I would recommend if and when you visit this location look for Vince. Additional note for technician that checked me out, great job, informative , courteous and provided valuable recommendation.Leave the ponytail lady with glasses in the back pushing the numbers. Please note, my post and experiences are raw and upfront, never coated.

Great service and plenty of space to wait while they work on your vehicle. I definitely recommend making an appointment online or by calling them because if you need a tire patch, road safety check, or something minor, you will have to wait there for a few hours. At least they have popcorn and coffee but just be aware that you'll have to be waiting there for a while if you're a walk-in. They also have restrooms for the inside.

Came in for just an oil and filter change and they told me about 1 hour turn around time. Going on 3 hours right now and it still isn't finished. Very disappointed with this level of service. I understand if you're behind but please don't lie to the customers about when their car will be finished.
