I had a very positive experience at Pep Boys. I have never used them before. I needed new tires and the tires that I normally use weren't kept in stock at the store and would have to be ordered. I had questions about the other brands that they had in store and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. He answered my questions which helped me to come to a decision as to which tires I wanted to purchase and I was am very pleased with the tires that I wound up with. They provide me with a very smooth ride and the price was basically in the same price range of the rest of the tires that I was looking at. They put the tires on quick and I was on my way. I was very pleased.

Took my car in to change out my taillight on my Mustang. Brian, the technician, drove my manual transmission vehicle and stalled it over a curb, damaging the bottom of my fender. When I asked what happened, he casually admitted, “I’m not really good at driving stick,” without even offering an apology. While both managers, Brandon and Mike, handled the situation well and replaced the part needed without issue, the lack of accountability from the technician was frustrating. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

I recently visited this Pep Boys, and while I couldn't complete the work at their shop due to my insurance, I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mike. He was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Mike's honesty and willingness to assist left a great impression on me. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable place to get work done on your car, I highly recommend this location. This place was amazing - my battery died while visiting from out of town - after I got a jump from triple a, I called 2 other places and while they could sell me the battery, they could/ would not install it. When talked to Mike at the store he told me he didn’t have one in stock but could get it there in about 30 minutes and then get it installed. When we got there we were promptly waited on and they got to work on the problem right away. I had a new battery installed and was on my way in under 40 minutes! Can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service Thanks Mike

Please don’t come here. I had a really bad experienced at this location. I only came there for an oil change, cabin filtered and engine filter only . I also asked if they can look what else is wrong with my car and write them done for the next time I make another appointment. They showed me in the back to tell me the things I needed to be replaced and I let them know that I will be getting it done by someone else or make an appointment they said okay. When we went back to the register he explained the things that needed to be replace and I said okay I will book with you guys at another time then he said okay that it will be $170 I said okay he told me to pay when they fixed my car . I waited for 5 hours for my car to be given to me and he said they are almost done and I thought they were having some issues with my oil filter but when it was done they were about to ring me up and I seen it was over $1,000 I let them know that is wrong it was supposed to be $170 for the 3 things that needed to be done, that I asked for but they ended up changed my 2 back brakes and the left and right calipers without me knowing they did . He tried to tell me he did mentioned it i told them no I said i want them to write it down so i could have someone else to do it or im going to book another appointment. We were going back and fourth about it and they only took off $200 since it was a misunderstanding he said I was still upset that I only asked for 3 things to be changed. They robbed me. I’m sorry but I’m never coming back to this location ever again. I should’ve have to pay over $1000 for the parts I didn’t asked for to be changed to begin with but lesson learned . Don’t be fooled by them always be with someone that knows about cars and just only asked for the things you needed to be changed and that’s that.
