Friendly service but I would have left a better review if they called the other store to confirm they would have a part in stock for me or to order it to this store. That is what the other autozone I was referred to did for me.

So I just recently bought a car battery and new led head lights. A short white skinny lady with black hair told me that they don't put in led headlights when you purchase them from the store. So she had to ask around and got herself into trouble for poor customer service. Then I asked her if they can put in the battery and the head lights. She said yes they can, after the headlights were put in she told me that she would come back once the left side led light was put in it by me. Waited almost 2 hours for her to come back to put the battery in. As she helped out another customer with a car battery and finished with the other customer, she began to walk back in the store, I said oh thanks for the help but what about the battery. As she continues with her attitude" Oh well you only said for the lights not the battery." When I told her I wanted both to get done. That's why I gave the one star for poor customer service from the one lady that didn't want to do her job. But thankfully Angel T helped me out and gave me amazing customer service so I appreciate him for helping me with my vehicle. Angel deserves 5 stars. On top of that I had to spend $400 on repairs for my car to run again
