Got 4 new tires replaced at Pepboys in Auburn, ME. The inexperienced mechanic put indentations on two of my rims. I told the manager about it and he confronted him. The mechanic said that it was already damaged before he changed my tires. TOTAL LIE. I know that the rims got damaged on the tire changer. The manager there didn't help me in this situation. He gave me the run-around. Already filed a customer complaint. I won't do business there again. Wished I went somewhere's else to get the job done correctly.

Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor “Stay away”! Very rude! Took my truck in. They put a part In that wasn’t needed and didn’t fix the issue and charged us $300. Took them six hours to do nothing. The next day we replaced the fuse and fixed it within a half an hour. They said if I came back, they would take the new part out and give me the money back for the new part and put my old part in that they broke taken out. Which wasn’t the problem to begin with. It was only the fuse.

My car was ready 1/3 of the anticipated time and they shared with me it wasn’t as bad off as I thought. Most places will “play it up” but they were straight with me. They clean up after themselves very well! This was my second alignment with them and each time there was no grease or any kind of mess left behind. I appreciate good service with lack of messy evidence!

Terrible experience! Avoid this location until they get their act together! It is not worth the headache of dealing with these guys! My car sat on the lot for 3 weeks without even being looked at! They lost the original work order and ordered the wrong part! They didn't call to update me once despite them promising to do so! I heard so many excuses and was lied to so many times! I was consistently on hold for over 15-20min. Worst customer experience I have ever had! Took the car to VIP and had the car back to me within 2 days!
