Recently picked up a bunch of car parts , affordable prices , the employees are pleasant for the most part....had a little trouble getting parts from one location to the other because I guess the one person I worked with thought they'd magically appear ! Called me later that day to tell me they had one part but not the others , seemed to want to put off going to pick them up but the employee did after I told them I wanted them that day , not the next ! A few days later I had to return a few parts not used & one of their employees was basically bashing & threatening another for whatever reason , that's not really good to do in front of customers buddy !!! All in all , I will buy parts from them because the prices are very reasonable & they are convenient!

Not what it used to be. Very clicky and not focused on the actual job. Unsafe work environment. Customer service lacks big time. HR and management aren’t focused on their team like it should be. Glad I left!
