I came to Pep Boys in Rancho Cucamonga while driving to Disneyland. I thought I had a dead battery but when the tech went to change it he noticed the battery was new and just the cable was loose. In the moment I had forgotten that I had it replaced during a routine maintenance at my mechanic. I appreciate Joel’s honesty!!! He could have easily changed out the battery and I would have never been the wiser. And instead of a $324 bill I paid $15 and was on my way!!! Thanks Joel!!

After having an oil change done and requesting to have my tire pressure checked. As I left, I was told that it was done, only to reach home and found that all my tires were low, one tire as low as 22psi. Will never trust Pep Boys again. Wondering if they used the products I paid for

Took my secondary vehicle to this location for an oil change. It has NEVER leaked It was spotting within a week after. I called the said it was normal but to follow up if it persists. It’s my secondary vehicle so I didn’t drive it for a while. Backed it out of the driveway today and oil is everywhere. They wanted to charge me to look and see where it’s coming from lol… because of the time since the oil change, when all they had to do was confirm the mileage was less than 50 miles 🤣 I got what I paid for I guess.

I came in with a grinding noise from the front brakes, a free brake inspection was done, an estimate given for the issue to be addressed, repairs were completed quickly, and I was back on the road again in a few hours. 🙂👍👏👏👏 Thank you Guillermo (Manager), Joel (Service Advisor), and Luis (Technician) for a job well done at a value added price! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
