Mike and Sam at Mountain View Tires in Rancho are wonderful. They are genuinely polite and respectful. They do what it takes to resolve any car issue that I may be having, and any other request that I may have. I will not go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for years, and because I had an insane commute (my car’s seen a lot of weird things), they’ve seen me a lot. I have had only good experiences. I trust them completely— they always fix my issues, I’ve never had problems with their repairs, they never try to up charge me or recommend a service I don’t need. And on top of it all they’re super nice and well-priced. Highly recommend them. Multiple family members & friends also go there and all had good experiences too.

Been coming here for the last few years. Every single time, Sonny and Mike have been very helpful. Despite them getting busy at times, they continue to provide great service that is completed in a timely manner. Plus I know that I can continue to trust their team with my car.

Really great experience. I used a Groupon and they accommodated me. The staff treated me very kindly and I felt safe. It can be hard going to these types of places as a woman, but I was very happy Update: I got an oil change here. Sam has now helped me twice - funny guy with excellent customer service. Will be coming back!

I came in with A flat tire on a trailer and I was not imagining This could get done so fast. They literally had the new tire on and ready to go and only 20 minutes.I am very grateful that they worked so fast and helped me out quickly. Mike and the guys were very nice! ***It also should be noted that the other customers that were in the store seem pretty happy because they got in and out really quickly.
