I had a great experience with AllStar Auto! They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car quick and efficiently. Arman was super friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the whole thing. I really enjoyed how upfront he was about what was going on with my car. Highly recommend their service to anyone seeking trustworthy and reliable car repair!

Avoid Allstar Auto Center If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The customer service is terrible, with the owner being rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Simple questions are met with hostility and insults rather than helpful answers. Many have reported being mocked, belittled, and even cursed at just for inquiring about services. Instead of professionalism, customers are told to take their business elsewhere in the most disrespectful ways. Beyond the attitude, there are serious concerns about pricing and honesty. Reports of overcharging, unnecessary repairs, and misleading practices are common, leaving customers frustrated and out of pocket. Even those who have been long-time customers say they will never return due to the owner’s arrogance and lack of care. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values its customers. This is not the place.

If I could give it -50 stars I would. The man over the phone was extremely rude and had an attitude because of me asking questions about what the services consist of. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. They need a new call center guy if they want any sort of business. And this picture is the response to this review and he deleted. Smh

Great service I was in and out vary clean and the guys were vary helpful will be taking my car there always I didn’t mind the long drive there.I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else . The guy even found time to hug my dog

I was recommended to this shop cause I was told they do great work for a great price. They haven’t even called me back with a price to fix my Mercedes but I can tell you the customer service is 10 out of 10. I fully trust them to give me a honest price to get me back on the road. I know where ill be bringing my cars in the future cause everywhere else I have went gave me some outlandish price and were rude or let my car sit outside for weeks cause they didn’t want to deal with it. Looking forward to hearing good news when they call me about my car but I’d recommend them on the customer service alone.
