The crew here did an amazing job. They noticed the urgency and the emergency was in and they were able to help me out quick. I needed tires, which was the emergency and they were able to do an oil change to. I could tell their manager is training them well , Gilbert gave me options When it came to the tires So made it easier On my choice thanks again, Pep Boys and especially Gilbert

I needed a tire that wasn’t in stock, so they ordered it for me and had it ready the next day. Once it arrived, they gave me a call, and I came in for the installation, which took less than an hour. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Brought my truck here to have new tires put on and they didn’t torque the lug nuts. Felt a horrible vibration on the freeway and pulled over just in time to not have lost the wheel on the freeway. Terrible service, zero accountability for their actions. Gilberto was horrible to work with after the fact. Zero accountability for their part in nearly totaling my truck. Had lost two lug nuts and could turn the others by hand. Do not go here.

Gilbert at the pep boys shop was really helpful ! He got me in there as soon as I pulled up, no wait time and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate him and Pep boys in my time of need. He helped me get straight to work when my car almost had an accident from the bottom panel wearing off. Thank You PePBOYS!

Raul was great! Dropped my car off at 8:30am for tire change & alignment and they called to let me know it was ready 2 hours later! Will definitely bring my car back.
