First experience 3 years ago was great second was not the best. Customer service was horrible no greeting when car was picked up pricing was steady fluctuating . Failed to mention the reason the check engine light was STILL on I had to call for them to tell me reason.. Claimed they would call me back with pricing never did. Mind you I just got my transmission flushed by them and Instead of putting something down on my carpet this is how it was returned. Wow !!!! Like why would you let me drive off like this ?????

Honest affordable mechanic - finally. It's such a relief to know only the work needed will be recommended. I almost knocked off a star because the parking area is so chaotically overcrowded and the customer lounge could use a refresh, but I'd rather go to a messy place with honest folk than an immaculate shop that sells me things I don't need, ya know?

These guys are awesome. I’ve been there a few times for routine, maintenance oil filter and air filter changes. They always get me right in and out. this week. We had a mechanical issue that could’ve led to a major breakdown. They got me in same-day(all though they were swamped) I called for a diagnosis ordered parts and the next morning they got me in at 8 AM and I was on the road again by 930. My wife and I are retired empty-nesters and our full-time RV’er‘s a little different lifestyle than most but we thoroughly enjoy it, but if our RV is broken down, we don’t have a house so once again, they got me right back on the road five stars to Patricks Auto. Thanks again guys!

I was referred to this shop by a friend. The first experience was awesome. They did the job with no problem. I took my SUV back to them, they had it over a month and I was out of town working thinking everything would be done. I specifically advise them to please replace ball joints and my compressor. I have a voicemail stating that the receptionist agreed in her voicemail that the compressor should have been fixed . I use my suv frequently and I have drop it back off for them to fix it that’s an inconvenience. When this should have been done already. I’m not dropping it back off I use this car frequently especially now that school has started this shop is literally down the road from my home. It’s efficient so my expectation weren’t met. I am extremely understanding I ask for the breakdown of the invoice emailed to me and haven’t gotten it yet but I will not be back. Per the conversation as you stated I asked you would there be any fees and you advise me no there would not be as I understand you run a business and my vehicle would be there so I was prepared to pay for the storage fees. If the job was long and hard that I understand but a simple phone call as follows would have been helpful. Hi donya we didn’t get to the compressor but the ball joints and everything else is fixed , but if you you will set a appointment at your convenience will get the compressor fixed for you. Communication would have been nice. I am not complaining about the service you guys fixed my suv the first time with no issues. But a voicemail or phone call would have been great thank you for the response

DON’T GO HERE! My husband dropped his truck off 2 months ago to get his air conditioning fixed. THEY NEVER STARTED ON IT! He was patient and understanding and never got updates until he called! MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!
