Went in here for the first time. I asked for a price for a sensor for my truck. They had them and gave me a reasonable price I will pay when I find out what sensor it was. Alot of credit goes toward one of the ladies at the front counter. She even said replacing every one of the sensor I needed was a gamble rather than finding out which specific one it was. My conclusion here is if you know what exactly youre looking for, they make sure you were lined up with the right part and dont come across too many gaps in the process. Definitely recommend this place.

Checked in at 8:00 a.m. she said they do not start unloading until 9:00 only reason I was early was because Wendy's Lobby is closed and the parking lot at the Wendy's is not for Wendy's customers it's for the Motel 6 across the street so I backed into the door drop my trailer and bobtail to McDonald's came back they started unloading me at 5 minutes to 9:00 and I was done by 9:15 only been here twice but both times have been great

Great service, great prices. The guys at World Auto are always quick and helpful. Once they even went out and double-checked (my truck) that I was ordering the correct fuel filter because it didn't match VIN. It's the only place I go.

Called asking about a part and was instant denied. I know for fact the gentleman didn't even look I asked and before I could even finish was told nope. Then I started to proceed to ask the gentleman if he had any ideas on where I could find one since "he didn't have one"...but before I could even say, do you I was interrupted by the sound of a dead line? I understand that everyone gets busy and what not but to just hang up while they are still talking or asking something is quite frankly is the most unprofessional thing a company could do. Even I don't just hang up on someone, unless it's a telemarketer, at my job when I get calls if I sell this or that. Unacceptable gentleman, quite unacceptable.
