Place is exceptional. The staff take long sometimes to answer your questions since they’re all busy and barely anyone to help. I was supposed to get a part and they promised me a date but it got delayed and I was honestly frustrated because there goes another day with my car sitting. It’s mainly a store for businesses who have accounts with them such as mechanics and auto shops, etc. But if you’re a random customer just trying to get something it’s allowed. The prices of parts aren’t that bad they’re pretty reasonable.

Order parts on Wednesday give him my credit card information was told it would be ready for Monday called Monday and they said they forgot to put the order through so I paid for next day shipping and when I called they said that it didn’t make it on the shuttle and was going to be the next day, which we are now in Tuesday of the following week when I called and spoke to the person that I ordered the parts with they’re Unprofessional and the call ended with a” I have to pick up the phone. I can’t be on this call anymore and hung up no apology and no taking responsibility for Action
